Program Analyst

What the position entails:

Veracity Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst in the heart of Washington, DC. This position will be responsible for supporting the Earned Value Management Focal Point Office.

What you will get to do:
• Conduct research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presents recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements
• Work closely with FAA customer to support the program office with (not limited to):
• Meetings & Briefings
• Documentation Management
• Program and Project Management (lifecycle management, schedule, logistics, performance measurement and integrated baseline reviews.)
• Technical Writing & Editing Support (drafting, maintaining, and disseminating core messaging, etc.)
• Supports customers with analysis and compilation of diverse policy, technical, statistical, demographic, and financial information
• Reports on project status, issues, and opportunities both verbally and in writing

Must Haves:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional Program Analyst experience
• In-depth knowledge of EVM (Earned Value Management)
• An ability to perform the tasks listed above in a professional and timely manner
• Excellent communication skills

Would be nice to have but not required:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or other Agile certification
