System Engineering and Technical Innovative Solutions (SETIS) - Prime Contractor

As the follow-on vehicle to the SE2020 and SE2025 contracts, SETIS provides a broad range of research, service analysis, strategic planning, systems engineering (SE), technical, financial, and programmatic support services (and other aviation related support services) that will enable the FAA to accomplish its National Airspace System (NAS), Mission Support, and other aviation related mission objectives. With a cumulative shared ceiling value of $2.3 Billion among Eleven Primes, this IDIQ’s portfolio of work is one of the largest the FAA has ever awarded, providing enhanced capabilities to support the FAA’s top initiatives, leverage resources, and streamline operations.

Enterprise Programs, Infrastructure, and Communications Services (EPICS) - Prime Contractor

The objective of the 7-year, $803 Million EPICS contract is to obtain support services to execute programs within the Communications, Information and Network Programs Group (CINP). CINP is responsible for the implementation and execution of communications infrastructure programs supporting the National Airspace System (NAS) and Mission Support. The EPICS contracts provide vital support to the planning, procurement, implementation, and execution of these and other FAA programs, including Data Communications, as they progress through their lifecycles.

Systems Engineering 2025 (SE-2025) - Prime Contractor

The objective of the SE2025 Small Business contract is to provide a broad range of systems engineering, technical, financial, programmatic, and other aviation related support services. The contract will enable the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to accomplish its strategic mission objectives for the National Airspace System (NAS), Non-NAS, and other aviation areas. The 10-year IDIQ contract has a cumulative ceiling value of $767 million and will deliver the technical support services necessary to assist the FAA in executing its integrated evolutionary plan to move beyond ground-based radar and voice technology into the second century of aviation using modern technology, updated procedures, satellite-based operations, flexible digital communications, updated automation, and improved weather and traffic management capabilities.

Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks Master Ordering Agreement (eFAST MOA) Holder - Prime Contractor

With a contract ceiling of $7.4 Billion, eFAST is the FAA’s preferred small business contract vehicle. Veracity Engineering continues to be one of the most heavily utilized eFAST prime contractors with almost 20 task orders valued at roughly $70 Million. Veracity Engineering is one of a few select companies that were awarded all eight (8) Functional Areas.

System Engineering 2020 (SE-2020) Research and Mission Analysis (RM&A) – Subcontractor

The scope of the SE-2020 contract covers the NextGen Research and Mission Analysis activities necessary to reach the Concept and Requirements Definition Readiness Decision and provides research, analysis, systems engineering, and integration for Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) and non-NextGen initiatives. This contract also supports the current and future technical needs of the National Airspace System (NAS).

Program Support Services (PSS) - Subcontractor

PSS is the follow-on contract to the EnRoute Technical Assistance Support Services (ETASS) contract, providing a $1.039 Billion contract vehicle to support operations in the Program Management Organization (PMO) of the Federal Aviation Administration’s Air Traffic Organization (ATO).

The professional and technical support services acquired under this contract will assist in achieving the agency’s strategic goals by providing mission critical support to PMO and other Directorates. The services provided under this contract vehicle will cover 16 different core functional areas and will contribute to the ATO’s objectives of a safe, secure, efficient, and responsive air transportation system to the nation and global aviation community.

Terminal and Technical Operations (TNT) - Subcontractor

TNT provides management, engineering, software/firmware design, production, installation, integration, and testing services to the FAA in a highly technical and modern environment. TNT contributes to the maintenance and modernization of the FAA’s National Airspace System (NAS), thus enabling the FAA to fulfill its mission to provide safe and efficient use of our national airspace.

Navigation Technical Assistance Contract II (NAVTAC II) - Subcontractor

As a subcontractor in support of NAVTAC, Veracity provides technical support services for research, planning, implementation, maintenance as well as decommissioning of the FAA’s landing, navigation and lighting systems. This five-year, $356 Million engineering and technical support services contract will help the FAA transition to an integrated ground and space-based navigation system.

Enterprise Financial Services (EFS) - Subcontractor

Veracity supports the FAA’s Enterprise Financial Services (EFS) portfolio ensuring that the FAA and DOT have access to the resources necessary to efficiently carry out financial and budget operations. This agency-wide, $134 Million IDIQ contract integrates planning, operations, and performance management to accelerate access to required services and provide access to best-in-class resources at a reasonable cost. The scope of this work includes eight work areas to cover a complete range of services in support of financial, budget, and management activities.

Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Air Traffic Control (ATC) IDIQ - Subcontractor

The NIWC Atlantic ATC IDIQ contract provides access to engineering design, research, budgeting, scheduling, management, procurement, evaluation, software support, integration, maintenance, certification, testing, training, configuration management, and logistic support including, but not limited to, the following programs: ATC, Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC), United States Antarctic Program (USAP), Naval Flight Information Group (NAVFIG) Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS) Program, and the U.S. Air Force’s Central (USAFCENT) programs, systems, and equipment.

Volpe Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) & Air Traffic Management System (ATMS) – Subcontractor

The Volpe CNS & ATMS contract services the U.S. Department of Transportation and other Federal Agencies providing support for the enhancement of Air Traffic Management, NAS System Engineering and Implementation, NextGen Concepts and Systems Engineering, Air Traffic Safety, Airport and Terminal Operations. The primary functional areas of this contract are systems engineering and integration, electrical engineering, computer science, aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, operations research, industrial engineering, human factors studies, environmental engineering, system safety analysis, and meteorology.

NASA Aeronautical Systems Analysis – Subcontractor

NASA’s ASA contract supports the Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD) as they work to solve aeronautical and air transportation system challenges including inefficiencies, air traffic congestion, mobility, safety and environmental impacts.
