Employees are eligible for health benefits the first of the month after 30 days of continued employment. Veracity currently has three levels of medical coverage, and additional dental and vision care coverage.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Veracity currently offers three types of Flexible Spending Accounts: medical expense, dependent care, and parking expense. Employees may elect to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible expenses. All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to make pre-tax contributions for parking benefits.

Long Term Disability Insurance
Long Term Disability insurance is provided to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee and will pay benefits of 60% of your monthly salary to a maximum of $15,000 per month for up to normal social security retirement age.
Short Term Disability Insurance
Short Term Disability insurance is provided to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee and will pay benefits of 60% of your weekly salary to a maximum of $2,500 per week for up to 11 weeks.
